Hello,
After upgrading to Plasma 6.5.1 I have a strange problem with the blur effect.
My contect menu is light blue and I can't find a way to fix it. My panel is
light blue as well.

Changing to Breeze doesn't fix the problem:

It's only ok when I disable the Blur effect but it's ugly and want to use the
Blur:

I tried different Blur settings to no avail.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on the Blur effect and panel and context menus gets Light Blue.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel and context menus gets Light Blue.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel and context menus shouldn't get Light Blue.
