SUMMARY
I have two Fedora 43 desktops. Both behaving the same way; If i reboot to the
login screen and left it not logged in to any user (atm, only 1 user account
created on each of the desktops), the desktops would not auto suspend.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot Fedora 43 KDE spin to login screen. Leave it alone.
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Come back hours later, the machine is running and not suspended.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should auto suspend - by default suspend timer (MacOS actually has a far
quicker default suspend) when not logged in vs logged in.
