However, I can start konsole, right-click to the taskmanager entry and select "Pin" and further select whatever I want, konsole is not pinned again. I am using the frameworks repo of openSUSE (https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/KDE:Frameworks5) and Frameworks 5.30 is there too. So latest release. Any further ideas?
