Sorry for the late answer. I can reproduce it. The number of files displayed
seems to depend on the order of the entries in the directory - as soon as the
"problem file" is encountered, processing is stopped and no more entries are
shown. Unfortunately, this behavior seems to be caused by the Qt framework
(QFileSystemModel and the components it is using) and not by Kid3 itself, it
simply does not get events for the missing files.
