SUMMARY
In KDE Plasma 6, notification popups always show a timeout progress bar that
shrinks until the notification disappears.
For some users, this element is visually distracting and unnecessary,
especially for short-lived or frequent notifications (e.g. device
connect/disconnect, volume changes, etc.).
Please consider adding an option (GUI or config) to disable or hide the
notification timeout progress bar while keeping notification behavior
unchanged.
EXPECTED RESULT
An option exists to disable/hide the notification timeout progress bar.
