SUMMARY
Dolphin crashes when accessing a UNC path after entering a username and
password.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin 
2. Access a network share via smb://ip-address
3. Enter the username and password (DOMAIN\Administrator in my case) (it
crashes right after)

OBSERVED RESULT
The window disappears and nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
A list of shared folders

Windows: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.12.58-gentoo

The error information that I get when running it from a console is:
