Background disappeared
When I have my browser full screened my desktop and app dock disappear and it
becomes black, I am still able to open apps via the windows key but otherwise
it is quite frustrating. Should note I have a external monitor attached with a
laptop which is connected which hdmi, with the screen closed and then this
happens, when I open the laptop screen it gets fixed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. leave the computer running for a while possibly 3-4 hours
2. have a application full screened the whole time (haven't tested if this
matters)
