I am certain this is a bug. It occurs when I use a split-screen display. When I
drag a toolbar to another monitor, it appears normally. However, if I close the
entire application and reopen it, the toolbar becomes invisible. Even when I
use the "Switch Window" or "Workspace" function to reposition it back onto the
same screen, it remains invisible. I've attached screenshots showing that the
top panel of the workspace is still invisible, though clickable and functional.
However, when I close and reopen the entire application, the toolbar becomes
visible again. Please note, I suspect this may be related to my dual-monitor
setup, but I believe it constitutes a bug. Although restarting the software
automatically resolves it, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you
