bright theme with blue accent color in title bar
SUMMARY:
Th default Breeze bright/dark color schemes do not highlight active windows
noticeably, they just get a *slightly* different shade of grey.
Suggestion: Change the default bright/dark themes to have an accent color and
to use this to color the title bars of active windows. Like shown in the
attachment. This makes it far easier to find an active window with both dark
and bright schemes.
Also, let users specify which color scheme should be used as a bright and dark
theme when automatic day/night theme change is activated. Currently, this works
only with the default two themes (as far as I can tell).
