That's fair. But just a few comments ago Oliver voted for tuning it off by default. I say it's a breaking change (as mentioned, new non-advanced users use it as well). That's the problem I am referring here. Whether you leave it off or on — someone will be unsatisfied. That's why I suggested a compromise solution. I see Oliver is against having it in Welcom Screen, but how about at least making it a popup on the first use, as originally suggested?
