DESCRIPTION
I don't like the visually obstructive (and apparently physically obstructive)
desktop tooltips that appears when hovering over items. I'd like to be able to
select Dolphin's tooltips, since they're very discrete.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Slowly hover over desktop items.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltips are visually obstructive, and not my style.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to choose Dolphin's tooltips (see attachment).
