--- Comment #20 from [email protected] --- As I try to explain in the emails with the pictures, I think there may be something wrong (or that I don't undestand) with how DigiKam treats orientation vs what ExifTools reads. All pictures that have the _normal_ orientation are fine. On the other hand, every picture tagged with WLPG format and having a rotation of 90 CW or CCW is 180° off. The reason I think it may be a bug in DigiKam is in the following table | EXIF tab | DigiKam search criteria | English comprehension | ExifTool tab | ExifTool English comprehension | | right, top | Rotated Left | Rotate picture 90 CCW | Rotate 90 CW | Rotate 90 CW | | left, bottom | Rotated Right | Rotate picture 90 CW | Rotate 270 CW | Rotate 90 CCW | Briefly, if my understanding is good, DigiKam and ExifTool are saying the exact opposite. Moreover, when opening pictures with tags positionned by DigiKam back in WLPG, the same opposite problem is present in WLPG. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
