STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Workspace settings:
- Enable Transparency for menus
- Enable Blur
2. Right click anywhere to open a context menu or open eg Dolphin and open the
hamburger meu.
3. Open Kicker
OBSERVED RESULT
Menus are rendered fully opaque.
EXPECTED RESULT
The background is transparent and blurred.
