SUMMARY
Mass copy from one dolphin window to another when subfolder contains ampersand.
I haven't tried any other special characters, so maybe more than an ampersand
can cause this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. Open folder to copy files from
3. Select a folder that has a subfolder with an ampersand (e.g. "p&l")
4. Drag it to another dolphin window
OBSERVED RESULT
When the copy gets to the folder with an ampersand the copy fails with message
in the destination dolphin:
Could not make folder /home/wt/.../p&l
EXPECTED RESULT
The copy works.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Selecting and copying the folder with the ampersand directly works. It's only
when it's a subfolder that I have seen the failure.
