As I've been using KRename, I've been saving up a large list of regex rules.
It'd be incredibly helpful for organization to add buttons and functionality
for reordering the rule list. Buttons in the right sidebar, a right-click
context menu, and keyboard shortcuts for moving the selected row up/down would
be really nice.
I've found myself completely bypassing the GUI for managing the rules and
instead directly modifying the `.xml` file they're saved in as I can then
easily reorder them with a text editor.
