Tray icons cannot be expanded when using Vulkan renderer
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open plasma-renderer
2. set backend to vulkan
3. logout and login to click tray
OBSERVED RESULT
Tray icons cannot be expanded
EXPECTED RESULT
Tray icons can be expanded
