STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mute while playing something, video/game/audio.
2. Forget about the mute.
3. Play something new.
OBSERVED RESULT
Depending where you play, it might take a while to notice that it's not a
soundless video or mute game.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a notification that informs the user that something with sound
is playing, but the audio is currently muted.
