Merging tags could use a "yes to all" option so that repeat notices don't show
up for many tag merges.
At the moment it takes a long time, waiting, watching, for every "Tag already
Exists - Merge?" popup.
So, like with a file system copy where there are overwrites and the option is
"Yes, No, Yes to all"
