The "Show FPS" effect is missing from desktop effects settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to window management -> desktop effects page
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Show FPS" effect is listed and can be toggled on and off.
EXPECTED RESULT
There's no entry for the "Show FPS" effect.
