STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a File Picker.
2. Look for a Desktop file.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a random change of the File Picker not being in sync with the Desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
The File Picker should in sync with the Desktop.
