While it's triggered by changes in KDE code, the problem is in the AMD code. You can open a bug report about this at [https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues) so the AMD developers can take a look.
