SUMMARY
KDEConnect will hold certain files open, making them impossible to delete or
move without killing the process.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download some files, possibly executables
2. Try to move or delete said files
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot delete/move file, file is open in kdeconnectd.exe
EXPECTED RESULT
There is no reason for kdeconnect to access any files not related to its own
execution so files should be able to be moved and deleted freely.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough assuming one downloads a lot
of files.
