Fair enough, as far as that goes -- might you kindly point the way to where it
is documented in KDE Plasma?

The main reason I reported this bug in the first place is because none of the
methods mentioned in a basic web search described "input methods and libei."

This is the first I've even heard of libei, and while I'm not a KDE Plasma
guru, I've been using it probably 6 or 7 years.
