STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two items of the same type on the Desktop.
2. Rename one into the other's name.
3. When requested to pick a different name, pick the name that the item you're
renaming already has.
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes a error screen saying "Invalid URL" will pop up, which doesn't make
any sense.
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't even be possible to rename the item as itself after trying to
rename into another item's name.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The error message is just a simpleton. The real issue is being able to rename
the item to its own name.
