I was going to try to compile it myself from the latest sources, but my kde-builder setup stopped working with the change to Qt 6.10. In the meantime, I found another interesting wrinkle on this... The problem goes away if I pin kipper to be always visible! It's repeatable again - allowing klipper to hide itself brings back the problem, but pinning it is fine.
