I was just unlocking my environment after boot, while all apps were opening up
it crashed. Bluetooth also reconnected to my SONOS speaker I have in the room.
When the crash happened the only app that did not recover was Discord, I have a
slight suspicion that Discord tried to do something with the audio that crashed
the KDE Plasma Shell
The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
