STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setup any alarm
2. disable it via right click or ctr b
3. log out/log in
OBSERVED RESULT
Alarm enabled
EXPECTED RESULT
Alarm to remain disabled
Maybe this is a feature instead of an issue however I do believe we should be
able to deactivate easily an alarm and let it be persistent until we reactivate
it
