Journal of multiple crash (testing multiple time to clean .cache)

SUMMARY
Cached data, should be able to be removed without having the system crash.
If the whole cache is removed, than most of the components became
irresponsible, and it will probably crash, especially if anything is clicked.

I'm pretty sure this is a regression, as I always did this for a quick way to
fix some program, and it never crashed. It is possibly due the fact that more
component are cached (like QML,...).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rm -fr ~/.cache/*

OBSERVED RESULT
Kwin become irresponsive and probably crash.

EXPECTED RESULT
Kwin may need some time to recreate such file but shouldn't crash.
