SUMMARY
When trying to save background change for the Breeze login screen, it fails
without showing a password prompt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Appearance & Style -> Colors & Themes -> Login Screen (SDDM)
2. Click "Change Background" for the applied login screen
3. Click "Apply".
OBSERVED RESULT
The changes remain unsaved and logs say the following:

A password prompt should appear and the background should be changed,
