SUMMARY
Oxygen tooltips are dark, but the text is also dark, resulting in illegible
tooltips.
We need to tweak the .colors file to do dark tooltips and light text (patch
incoming).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set desktop theme to Oxygen
2. Observe tooltips
OBSERVED RESULT
Dark text on a dark background
EXPECTED RESULT
Light text on a dark background
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The theme hasn't been touched in a while so it's present in master and older
versions.
