STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Look at the digital clock at the beginning of each minute.
OBSERVED RESULT
The 1st second pop in fast, and the 2nd second takes a little bit to appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
The 1st and 2nd seconds should behave normally.
