SUMMARY
A first instance of Marknote, installed portably from .7z file, worked as
expected. The files of this instance were fully deleted.
A second instance of Marknote on the same machine, installed portably from .7z
file, will not create any Notebooks or Notes after changing the Notes
Directory.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Marknote portably from .7z. It works nicely to create notebooks and
notes.
2. Delete that instance of Marknote.
3. Install Marknote portably from .7z on the same machine.
4. Change the Notes Directory to a USB-drive location.
OBSERVED RESULT
No Notebooks or Notes can be created.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notebooks and Notes can be created.
