STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable SDDM, enable plasmalogin
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Greeter appears on screen but doesn't respond to input, and exits after a few
seconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
Greeter should work.
