--- Comment #12 from redford <[email protected]> --- I'm sorry for resurrecting this bug, but it seems that the behavior is still different, even after removing everything from "Favorites". Now the suggestions I get make _some_ sense, but I rarely get what I expect - e.g. if I type "keep" I get a lot of random files from my disk I never opened (which just happen to contain that word in their names) above "KeePass" which I use everyday. In the past (i.e. before one of the updates) this menu worked flawlessly for me and I always got the most used suggestion at the top. I'm not sure whether it counted the usages or had better heuristics, but at some point this year it changed. Is it possible to restore the old behavior? As a temporary workaround I added both "Applications" and "Power" to favorites in Plasma Search plugins list, but this keeps this weird behavior with Applications and Power results being higher than everything else, regardless of how wrong the suggestion is (e.g. now for "Sleep" the top3 results are "Sleep" (this is good), "Sweeper" (??) and "KMines" (???), and only then other results which actually contain "sleep" word in them). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
