SUMMARY
The "Global animation speed" slider in kcm_animations is a little unclear, in
the way it is labelled.
The scale is labelled as "Slow -> Instant" from left to right. "Instant"
will actually disable all animations, but that's not really clear from the way
the slider is labelled.
It's not that the slider doesn't work, just that perhaps the labelling of it
could be improved?
"Instant" disabling animations isn't really an obvious logical path for some
folks
