You should investigate whether you are using the right drivers. I am going to tentatively close this as it does not appear to be a KDE issue, and I suggest you reach out to your distribution first for support. The latest official Nvidia driver has dropped support for the pre-RTX 10xx series GPUs which is likely complicating things.
