            Bug ID: 515486
Summary: Rotating an image shifts the viewport and thus all
                    action buttons
    Classification: Applications
           Product: gwenview
      Version First 25.12.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY: see subject

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with images
2. Find an image that is rotate 180° and find one of the rotation buttons with
the intention to click it twice
3. Click twice (with a delay, so no double click)

OBSERVED RESULT
The second click misses the button because the first click triggers a
"something has changed" action which will insert a bar at the top with Save and
Discard buttons, shifting the whole viewport.

EXPECTED RESULT
The viewport should not shift when a notification bar appears. The bar could be
inserted *inside* the toolbar or floating above it, or the buttons could be
made part of the toolbar and disabled when there a no changes. This would also
enable users to put the Save / Discard buttons wherever they want and not cause
surprises.
