SUMMARY
When loading a reply it shows "Loading reply" with a spinning gear icon, but
when loading not-yet loaded messages in the room timeline it shows just
"Loading..." (not specifying what) and no spinning gear icon. This is
inconsistent behavior and should probably be made the same.
