Digikam developers decided to move some KIPI plugins directly into the Digikam
application, possibly because of the limited way the plugins can interact with
the files, so they are no longer available in other applications using KIPI.
You could report this issue as a new ticket to KIPI plugin maintainers, but I
doubt they will bring them back.
