There's both a white background and a white foreground color, resulting in white text on a white background. This renders places like the System Monitor applet unusable. This patch changes the view colors so that it has a dark background (different to the Window) one. White backgrounds in Oxygen are a relict of the KDE4 era and have been removed in most other places.
