SUMMARY
I upgraded my Debian system to Trixie. New versions of Kile and Okular are
respectively 2.9.94 and 25.04.2. I did not change anything in the config files.
More specifically, in Okular, editor is set to "custom" and command line is
"kile %f --line %l". In Kile, configuration of the build tool (PDFLaTex) is set
to "modern" and options are
"-synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %source".

With this config, the inverse search from Okular to Kile was working fine in
the previous versions (Debian Bookworm with Kile 2.9.93 and Okular 22.12.3).
With the new versions, when activating the reverse search in Okular, the Kile
window appears at the foreground, but the cursor don't move to the
corresponding line

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compile a .tex file in Kile.
2. Display the resulting PDF in Okular
3. Activate the inverse search in Okular (SHIFT+LMB click)

OBSERVED RESULT
The Kile window appears, but the cursor is still where it was let previously

EXPECTED RESULT
The Kile window appears and the cursor jumps to the location corresponding to
the mouse click in Okular
