SUMMARY
The "Background Services" module is missing from System Settings and fails to
load when searched.
The "Application Menu Daemon" intercepts GTK application menus (like
virt-manager) even when the Global Menu widget is removed from the panel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and run virt-manager
2. The menu items are missing from the virt-manager GUI
3. Could not access Global Menu settings System Settings to disable it to
restore the menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Loaded "Background Services" and paused "Application menus daemon" and restart
"virt-manager" and the menu reappeared.
EXPECTED RESULT
See "Application menus daemon" in System Settings or be able to disable the
Global Menu from the widget.
