SUMMARY
After previously fixing the problems related to modifier keys, the problem
somehow resurfaced again
in an even worse manner. This time, no info from the log viewer, which behaves
as if all is normal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document with one or 2 layers
2. Zoom in a bit
3. Keep the Krita windows out of focus, you may for instance open a browser in
front
of the Krita app for a while and wait there( possibly 30 minutes to an hour )
before tapping ALT+TAB and selecting back Krita.
OBSERVED RESULT
- Krita suddenly ignores your modifier key input on the canvas; can't sample
color anymore;
- additionally you can not scroll anymore using mouse while the cursor in
inside the canvas;
- for some reason, if you bring the task bar in focus, and move the cursor into
Krita's canvas without clicking, all modifier keys and scrolling controls work
again
on the viewport. You can hold CTRL and move the cursor to show the
sampler icon.
Until you bring Krita's windows into focus again, and everything doesn't
work anymore on the canvas.
EXPECTED RESULT
- modifier keys should work as they're supposed to along with
scrolling with the mouse when the cursor is on the canvas
or inside the viewport.
