STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "Hide from Screencast" on a privacy-sensitive app.
2. Record/Livestream your screen.
3. Interact with the hidden app.
OBSERVED RESULT
It's possible to make deductions based on what app is in focus, where the user
is clicking, how much the user is clicking and if the "Window resizer" cursor
sprite has appeared.
EXPECTED RESULT
Ideally the cursor should also be hidden while the hidden window is in focus,
even if the cursor is not over the window.
