maximized title bar on top, non maximized on bottom
SUMMARY
When using a custom window decoration, a maximized unfocused window has the
decoration wrongly rendered
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a custom window decoration (in my case https://store.kde.org/p/2083968)
2. Maximize a window
3. Unfocus that window
OBSERVED RESULT
The renders with the wrong colors and the window title is not shown
EXPECTED RESULT
The title bar is rendered with the right colors and the window title is
properly shown (working correctly with non maximized windows)
