SUMMARY
Dolphin takes a long time to display thumbnails if the folder has a lot of
sub-folder and files
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with a lot of files and sub-folders.
2. Wait for the thumbnails to be displayed
OBSERVED RESULT
The thumbnails take a long time to get displayed
EXPECTED RESULT
The thumbnails should take less time to be displayed

Dolphin: 25.12.2
KDE Frameworks: 6.23.0
Qt: Using 6.10.1 and built against 6.10.1
Fedora Linux 43 (KDE Plasma Desktop Edition) (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.18.10-200.fc43.x86_64
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug/performance regression was faced after upgrading to Plasma 6.6. In
Plasma 6.5 (and earlier) thumbnails were generated practically instantaneously,
even when the system was under low to moderate load. Also, I'm not sure if I
have chosen the correct component so feel free to change it.
