it does not, it just freezes, mind you that im seeing this when using virtual
screens (forgot to mention that).
from a chromium point of view, i believe the browser doesn't "know" its frozen,
because althoug the video, ui, etc its frozen, i still hear sound (from a
youtube video for ex), and like i said, i can still close it if i'm able to
"hit" the close button.
i cannot move the browser window or interact with it, but its somewhat in a
zombie running state.

the only "error" i was able to see after many attempts of fixing this (unaware
the issue was the tearing option), was this:
kwin_wayland[1802]: Could not delete texture because no context is current

don't know if its even related
