Drag and drop of files onto pinned application icons in the Task Manager
(Icons-only) does nothing in Plasma 6.6.0 (KDE neon).It worked correctly in
6.5.5.
Note: Drag and drop still works for standalone launchers on desktop or panel,
the issue is specific to the Task Manager.
Confirmed on both X11 and Wayland.
