SUMMARY
Changing the wallpaper on plasma login manager does not work
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the settings page of PLM
2. Go to Configure Apperance
3. Select a new wallpaper and hit apply
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Going back to the main settings page shows an error message on
top that says:
DBus Backend error: could not contact the helper. Connection error: Remote peer
disconnected. Message error:
EXPECTED RESULT
An authentication window appears and allows the wallpaper to be changed
