touchscreen KCM visible
SUMMARY
I don't have touchscreen, but my System Settings show Touchscreen KCM in menu,
but content is empty. Window title is set to whatever KCM I was looking at
before.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click Touchscreen KCM
OBSERVED RESULT
Touchscreen KCM is visible in menu. Content is empty.
EXPECTED RESULT
Touchscreen should not be visible in menu (or it should show content that I
don't have touchscreen).
